Engineer and Artist, Ghita (Rita) has a rich background of experience in France and internationally in supporting Change through Neuroscience, Creativity and Design Thinking.
With basic training in Engineering (Agro-food - ISAB, Beauvais) and Management (M.Sc. Product Management & Marketing - Cranfield University, UK), Ghita continued her training to go further in her innovative support approach in 2009 by a Executive Master HEC / Oxford Business School – CCC, Consulting and Coaching for Change, a diploma from the School of Creativity at the University of Polytechnique Mons (Belgium), certificates in Neuroscience (Advanced Brain Leadership, US and École Bernadette Lecerf-Thomas, Paris), and on Decision Making in the complexity of the Edgar Morin Chair at ESSEC.
Art&Management® is based at the Village by CA in Sophia-Antipolis and Ghita is a Founding Member of the'NeuroSystemic Institute®.
She is a qualified coach EMCC
and coach for European EIC Project
-European Innovation Center.
Her 30-year career has led her to hold various positions of responsibility in Management in France and internationally, notably as an expert for the EU, the UN, the World Bank and the ISO.
In France, it contributes to the development of StartUps to Large Groups, including local authorities, in their support for socio-organizational change.
